WILDLIFE TIP OF THE DAY!

Snakes are not able to automatically regulate their body temperature. This means that when it is hot they are looking for a cool place to be or when it is cold they are looking for a warm place to be.

It is important to make sure you keep the doors to your house closed at all times. Leaving a door open even while carrying groceries in from the car can give a snake the perfect opportunity to slither on in to get cool or get warm.

Serving: Stuart, Palm City, Port Saint Lucie, Port St. Lucie, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Jupiter Island, Palm Beach Gardens, Fort Pierce, Indiantown, and Okeechobee.
